JENVIE Returns Policy

At JENVIE, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with an easy returns process.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized or custom products are non-returnable.

    • Items purchased from the Sale section using an additional discount are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

How to Start a Return

  1. Go to our Our Returns Portal and request a return

  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.

  3. Once your return request is approved you'll be able to print your return label

  4. Drop it off at the nearest carrier location indicated on your label.

Return Shipping Fee

  • $9.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing. (Excludes returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.).

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.

  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at customercare@jenvie.com within 5 days of delivery. We will make it right.

International Returns

  • International customers are responsible for return shipping costs, duties, and taxes.

  • Refunds will be issued once the merchandise has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
