JENVIE Returns Policy

At JENVIE, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help with an easy returns process.

Eligibility for Returns (U.S. Orders Only)

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags attached.

  • Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized or custom products are non-returnable.

  • Items purchased from the Sale section using an additional discount are final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

International Orders

  • All international orders are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges.
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any additional international or customs fees related to their order.

How to Start a Return (U.S. Orders Only)

  1. Go to our Our Returns Portal and request a return
  2. Select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
  3. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions and a return label.
  4. Drop it off at the nearest carrier location indicated on your label.

Return Shipping Fee

A $9.99 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping and processing.
This does not apply to returns due to damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Refunds (U.S. Orders Only)

We use cookies to:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • Approved returns will be refunded to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at customercare@jenvie.com within 5 days of delivery. We will make it right.
